ORDINANCE 13, SERIES 2024, TOWN OF KIOWA, COLORADO, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY RIGHTS AND WATER RIGHTS TO DIGBY PROPERTIES LLC

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Kiowa is seeking to fill one (1) Board Trustee position immediately to serve the remaining three (3) years of a four (4) year term.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Kiowa will hold a Mail Ballot Municipal Election in accordance with Elbert County on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, to fill the positions of Mayor and 2 Trustees.

Notice is hereby given that, the Board of Directors for the Kiowa Water and Wastewater Authority (the “Authority”) will consider fixing and increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for water and sanitary sewer service at a public meeting to be held on May 21, 2024, at 6:00 P.M., at the Kiowa Fire Department, 403 County Road 45, Kiowa, Colorado 80117. Any interested member of the public may attend the public meeting.

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors for the Town of Kiowa, County of Elbert, State of Colorado, for the ensuing year of 2024. A copy of such budget has been filed in the Town of Kiowa’s Town Hall Office located at 404 Comanche Street, Kiowa, Colorado 80117, where same is open for public inspection.
