The Town of Kiowa is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills, business license, animal permits and special events fees online. Our online payment options save you time and gives you more flexibility in how you pay your bill. If you have an internet connection and an email address, you can now pay your bill online!
For any application related to Town business and that is not a water payment for the Kiowa Water and Wastewater Authority (i.e., building permits, sign permits, dog tags, park rentals, etc.) please complete applicable application and submit to Town Clerk at kiowa@townofkiowa.com prior to making payment online. All application approvals are pending at time of submission for processing. Applicant will be notified by the Town Clerk within 1-2 business days after application is submitted to confirm information given in application and expected fee payment.
