AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF KIOWA, COLORADO, APPROVING A GIFT OF $30,000 TO TE KIOWA MAIN STREET PROGRAM

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS ORDINANCE WAS INTRODUCED, READ BY TITLE. PUBLIC COMMENT WAS PERMITTED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TOWN OF KIOWA HOME RULE CHARTER, AT A REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF KIOWA ON DECEMBER 9, 2025, AT 7 PM AT THE KIOWA TOWN HALL, 404 COMANCHE STREET, TOWN OF KIOWA, COLORADO 80117. IT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ON THE SAME DATE AND BECOMES EFFECTIVE TEN (10) DAYS FROM THIS PUBLICATION.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF KIOWA, COLORADO, AMENDING ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE KIOWA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADD A NEW SECTION 18-60 PROHIBITING THE USE OF GRAYWATER AND THE INSTALLATION OF GRAYWATER TREATMEN WORKS WITHIN THE TOWN OF KIOWA

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Kiowa Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Trustees shall hold a public hearings concerning a Special Use Permit to allow the property described in Exhibit A, and generally located at 222 Comanche Street, Kiowa, CO-  to operate as a bar or tavern pursuant to the Town of Kiowa Zoning Regulations.

The Planning & Zoning Commission public hearing will be held on November 19th , 2025 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter as the agenda of the Planning and Zoning Commission permits.

Pursuant to the Liquor Laws of the State of Colorado, the Kiowa Bar and Colette Arnold, have requested the Local Licensing Authority of the Town of Kiowa, Colorado to approve a liquor license permit to provide malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors for consumption on premises of the Elbert County Fairgrounds at 95 Ute Ave, Kiowa, CO 80117 on December 6, 2025.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF KIOWA, COLORADO, AMENDING THE TOWN OF KIOWA ZONING CODE, CHAPTER 16, ARTICLE XIV, SIGN CODE, TONW OF KIOWA, COLORADO

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF KIOWA, COLORADO ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY MORATORIUM IN TOWN CENTER FOR ANY ADDITIONAL BUSINESSES, OFFICES OR OTHER NON-REVENUE PRODUCING ACTIVITIES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY FOR THE TOWN OF KIOWA, COLORADO

Pursuant to the Liquor Laws of the State of Colorado, Mariza Reza has requested the Local Licensing Authority of the Town of Kiowa, Colorado at the Elbert County Fairgrounds in Kiowa CO to approve a liquor license permit to serve fermented malt beverages for consumption on premises at 95 Ute Ave, Kiowa, CO 80117 on June 20, 2025.

Pursuant to the Liquor Laws of the State of Colorado, the Kiowa Parent Teacher Community Club has requested the Local Licensing Authority of the town of Kiowa, Colorado to approve a liquor license permit to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors for consumption on premises at the Elbert County Fairgrounds at 95 Ute Ave, Kiowa, CO 80117 on September 20, 2025.
