Notice is hereby given that, the Board of Directors for the Kiowa Water and Wastewater Authority (the “Authority”) will consider fixing and increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for water and sanitary sewer service at a public meeting to be held on May 21, 2024, at 6:00 P.M., at the Kiowa Fire Department, 403 County Road 45, Kiowa, Colorado 80117. Any interested member of the public may attend the public meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Kiowa Planning Commission and Board of Trustees shall hold public hearings concerning the Farmer’s State Bank New Construction described in Exhibit A, and generally located at 434 Comanche St, Kiowa CO 80117 pursuant to the Town of Kiowa Zoning Regulations.
