An ordinance rescinding the kiowa creek meadows development agreement and vested property rights pursuant to article 68 of title 24, C.R.S., as amended, and Chapter 16, Article XII of the Kiowa Municipal Code, as amended
Please be advised that this special ordinance as amended, was introduced, read by title, published by title only in the ranchland news and posted in town hall, and posted in full on the official town website 27th of April, 2023. A public hearing on this ordinance was held at a special meeting of the board of trustees for the town of kiowa on January 5, 2023 at 7 pm at the Town of Kiowa Town Hall, 404 Commanche Street, Town of Kiowa Colorado 80117 and on March 14, 2023, a public hearing was held at the regularly scheduled meeting of the board of trustees and a public hearing was held at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees on April 11, 2023, and at the special meeting on April 18, 2023 and approved.
