Notice is hereby given that the Town of Kiowa Board of Trustees shall hold a public hearing regarding the expansion of a special review use located on property described as Section: 21 Township: 8 Range: 63 - Lot 2B of the MTB Subdivision, County of Elbert, State of Colorado, and generally located at 620 Comanche St, Kiowa, Colorado 80117, pursuant to the Town of Kiowa Municipal Code.
The public hearing shall be held before the Board of Trustees on October 10, 2023, at the hour of 7:00pm, at the Kiowa Town Hall, 404 Comanche Street, Kiowa, Colorado 80117. Further information is available by calling (303)621-2366.
