Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors for the Kiowa Water and Wastewater Authority, County of Elbert, State of Colorado, for the ensuing year of 2024. A copy of such budget has been filed in the Town of Kiowa’s Town Hall Office located at 404 Comanche Street, Kiowa, Colorado 80117, where same is open for public inspection. The final budget is scheduled to be adopted at a rescheduled regular meeting of the Board of Directors for the Kiowa Water and Wastewater Authority, County of Elbert, State of Colorado, to be held at Kiowa Creek Community Church Fellowship Hall, 231 Cheyenne Street Kiowa, Colorado 80117, on December 19, 2023, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Any interested elector of the Town of Kiowa, County of Elbert, State of Colorado, may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
