The news our community has been waiting for is finally here — work to replace the Kiowa Bridge will officially begin on March 9th!
After many months of planning and coordination, this long-anticipated project is moving forward. As with any construction on a major roadway, we ask for your patience and grace as the work progresses. We know it may be frustrating at times, but remember how long this improvement has been needed — and now it’s finally happening.
To maintain east–west travel during construction, a “fly-out route” to the north will be in place. The route will remain open, but traffic will move more slowly through the construction area, so please plan accordingly and drive with care.
