Special Meeting Minutes
March 28th, 2023, at 5:30pm
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:34pm by President Debbie Ullom with the following in attendance: Directors Teresa Parker, Annette Burmaster, and Eric Whitman.
Consent Items
- Approval of Agenda
Teresa Parker made the motion to approve the agenda. Annette Burmaster seconded, and the motion carried 4-0.
New Business
- A Resolution No. 2023-01: A resolution supporting the Mineral Impact Grant Application
Resolution No. 2023-01 was read to the board in its entirety. After the reading, Eric Whitman made the motion to adopt Resolution No. 2023-01. Teresa Parker seconded, and the motion carried 4-0. Tim Craft joined the meeting during the reading and abstained from voting.

Adjourn
Teresa Parker made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:38pm. Annette Burmaster seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
The next regular meeting of the KWWA board will be held on Tuesday, April 11th at 6:00pm at the Kiowa Town Hall.
