To meet all statutory requirements for the State of Colorado, finalized monthly and special meeting packets for all boards (Town of Kiowa Board of Trustees, Planning Commission, and Kiowa Water and Wastewater Authority) are distributed 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting date.
Please click on the link below to request to be put on the list of persons who wish to receive these packets via email once the packets are finalized and ready for distribution. Please make sure you put “Sunshine List” in the subject line and notate which, if not all, board you are requesting this information for. The email address you register with will stay on this list until our office is advised you wish to be removed. If you change email addresses, it is incumbent on you to submit a new request with your new email address.
Please note: This is not the link you will utilize to make an Open Records Request to the Town or KWWA. This link is solely for the distribution list for meeting packets. Requests for anything outside of the meeting packets prior to upcoming scheduled meetings will not receive a response. Please go to the CORA Request page for either the Town of Kiowa or the Kiowa Water and Wastewater Authority to make an open records request for meeting packets of past meetings or other records (videos, minutes, resolutions/ordinances, etc.).
