“Subject to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4), the Town of Kiowa Board will meet in an executive session upon affirmative vote of 2/3 of the quorum present, for the sole purpose of considering: (b) Conferences with Ruth Borne, Special Counsel for the purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions regarding the Development Agreement with Kiowa Creek Meadows; and (e)(I) determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators on Kiowa Creek Meadows.”
New Business
- Retention of Ruth O. Borne, Borne Law, as legal counsel to the Town for all Town related matters.
